This automated optical inspection system is designed for mobile-phone housing production and verifies assembly details before products move to the next process.
The system checks whether soft pads are present and correctly applied, whether nuts are installed, whether the logo is correct, whether the product version is correct, and whether accessories are missing. It also reads QR codes for identification and traceability.
A 20-megapixel color camera captures detailed images for inspection. Defective products trigger an automatic alarm so they can be isolated from the production flow.
The equipment combines automated conveying and visual inspection to reduce manual checking and improve consistency for high-volume phone-housing assembly.
