MIC 750 Automatic Alignment Laminating System
Automatic vision-guided laminating system for plastic panels and polarizers, using four-CCD alignment, vacuum adsorption and roller lamination.
The MIC 750 series is an automatic alignment laminating system for soft-to-hard lamination of plastic panels or polarizers to LCD backplanes. It supports 3D curved products, smart watches, vehicle navigation displays and LCD panels up to 10 inches.
The system handles parts from 30 × 50 mm up to 10-inch LCD panels. Its process combines 360-degree flipping, four-CCD automatic alignment, vacuum adsorption and roller lamination.
A typical cycle is 30 seconds, with lamination accuracy of ≤±0.1 mm and a reported lamination yield of ≥98%. Left and right workstations support continuous operation.
The machine uses an XXY platform, four-CCD alignment, constant-temperature heating with precision control, SMC cylinders, precision guides, a seven-inch color touchscreen, PLC control and high-performance electrical components.
