HDMI Strip Vision Inspection System
Inline vision inspection equipment for HDMI stamped strips, detecting missing material, dimensional defects, pin burrs, molding defects, terminal damage and contamination.
This HDMI strip inspection system checks stamped products on their front, back and side surfaces while the strip is driven through the equipment after stamping. It is available for four-strip, dual-strip and single-strip production.
The system detects missing material and dimensional defects, including tongue-pin burrs and molding defects, missing plastic on the tongue, and terminal crushing or contamination above 0.1 × 0.1 mm.
CCD inspection speed reaches up to 10 pieces per second and can synchronize with the stamping press. Dimensional accuracy is within ±0.02 mm. The system alarms after consecutive defects, and the dual-strip configuration can inspect three parts per second with automatic defective-part removal.
Camera configurations include up to 8 sets for four strips, 4 sets for dual strips and 2 sets for a single strip. The equipment measures 700 × 450 × 1900 mm and supports one-button start and stop.
