Automated Camera-Module Quality Inspection
Mic-SXT is designed for non-contact visual inspection of mobile-phone cameras, automotive cameras, lenses and related industrial components. It combines automatic loading and unloading with synchronized 360° appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, automatic sorting and report output.

Inspection Scope
Dimensional checks can include height, length, width, aperture, inner/outer length and step dimensions. Appearance checks can cover aluminum exposure, pressure marks, scratches, impact damage, curled edges, foreign material, missing material, plating defects, blade marks, mold lines, bubbles, slot and terminal defects.
