Inspection Scope
Character inspection can identify recognition errors, offset text, blurred characters, misplaced or missing printing and mixed-character parts. Dimensional checks can include height, outer diameter, step height, step diameter, angle, roundness and concentricity. Appearance inspection can cover color variation, burrs, pressure damage, missing chamfers, rim deformation, plating defects, 360° edge cracking and deformation.
