Mic-JS is a dedicated visual quality inspection system for metal products manufactured by hardware, stamping and cold-heading processes. Its specialized software and lighting combinations target difficult surface defects such as light scratches and impressions.
The system performs fully automated appearance and dimensional inspection, supports multiple products on one machine, and reaches up to 300 pcs/min with accuracy up to 0.001 mm. Qualified parts are discharged and packed automatically, while rejected parts can be classified by defect type.
Dimensional checks include height, thread diameters, shaft and head dimensions, chamfers, steps, across-flats and diagonal dimensions, groove dimensions, angles, sharpness, concentricity, roundness, weld dimensions and knurl dimensions.
The equipment measures 1500 × 1100 × 1800 mm and weighs 600 kg. Typical applications include screws, mobile-phone screws, special screws, spring clips, plugs, insulation sheets and sensing elements.
