Automated Inspection for Commutator Production
The Mic-HXQ is designed for automatic visual inspection of finished and semi-finished commutators, copper shells, mica, sleeves, wood components and assembled commutators. Its synchronous-wheel handling method supports stable, repeatable 360° inspection without compressed air.

Typical Defects
The system can identify hook deformation or damage, groove defects, burrs, oxidation, dents, machining marks, missing copper, foreign material and dimensional deviations.
