Mic-GJ is an automated vision inspection system developed for silicone, plastic and rubber components. It supports automatic feeding and non-contact inspection of product appearance and dimensions, with multiple products inspectable on one machine.
Inspection capabilities include thickness, length, width, inner and outer diameter, wire diameter, step size, angle, concentricity and roundness. Appearance checks cover incomplete molding, missing material, excess material, damage, cracking, fracture, glass fiber burrs, deformation, foreign matter in holes, cuts and breakage.
Inspection speed reaches up to 400 pcs/min with accuracy up to 0.001 mm. Qualified parts are discharged and packed automatically, while rejected parts can be classified by defect type. The equipment measures 1200 × 1100 × 1800 mm and weighs 550 kg.
Typical applications include toys, silicone seals, plastic automotive parts, plastic gears, plastic terminals, plastic buttons, plastic connectors and plastic electronic components.
