Automated Inspection for Magnetic Components
Mic-CC is designed for visual quality inspection of neodymium-iron-boron and other magnetic-material products. It automates appearance and dimensional checks, classifies defects and outputs inspection reports to support consistent outgoing quality.

Inspection Scope
Dimensional checks can include length, width, height, inner and outer diameter, step dimensions, roundness, profile, angle and geometric tolerances. Appearance inspection can identify chipping, breakage, impact damage, scratches, burrs, foreign material and edge defects.
