Product Overview
The CV3 Pro series are industrial AI smart cameras designed for flexible visual inspection. They combine image acquisition, onboard neural processing, lens support and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity in a compact device.
Applications
These camera families are intended for semiconductor, electronic-component, food, daily-chemical and medical production. They can support presence and absence inspection, classification, positioning and other automated vision tasks.
Series Differences
The V3 Pro source configuration provides four inputs, seven outputs and an IP65 protection rating. The CV3 Pro source configuration provides three inputs, three outputs and an IP45 protection rating.
Imaging and Communication
Available source configurations include 1.56 MP models operating at up to 60 fps and a 5 MP model operating at up to 30 fps. Both series use global-shutter imaging, Gigabit Ethernet, RS232 and Free Protocol/MODBUS communication.
Model Selection
Final model selection should consider resolution, monochrome or color imaging, lens choice, working distance, field of view and inspection geometry.
