IMX-760 Mold Monitoring Protector
What it detects
The IMX-760 analyzes mold-state images during injection molding to detect incomplete ejection, stuck parts, cavity residue, foreign objects, short shots, incorrect or missing inserts, and ejector or slider return errors.
Two-stage mold protection
The first inspection occurs after mold opening and before ejection to check part quality and sticking on the cavity. The second inspection occurs after ejection and before mold closing to confirm the cavity is clear and the ejectors and sliders are in position. When an abnormality is detected, the system can prevent ejection or mold closing and trigger an alarm.
Applications
Suitable for electronic connectors, automotive components, printer parts, medical parts, die-cast parts, LED components, laptop housings, mobile-phone parts, and other precision plastic products.
